They have made a stressful and infrequent home update, easy for people to understand so they can make the best choice for their home & their finances. They make it easy. We are so please with the work Tri-City Maintenance did to improve our deck and windows. It was important that the new stain on the deck match the stain on our existing gazebo and it looks perfect. Our decades old windows needed an upgrade also and they look fantastic. Installed meticulously given the challenge of going from two smaller windows to one big open window in each space. They showed up when they said, cleaned up like they had never been there. Great job for a great price. Highly recommended! ~ Denise S
